Therapy focuses on self-esteem, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, interpersonal relationships and behavioural issues.

Early intervention is offered for children diagnosed with Autism, Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or other learning, developmental, social and communication delays.

Play therapy sessions help children work through emotional, psychosocial and behavioural difficulties and can assist in resolving or managing a variety of concerns.
Individual psychology sessions offer personalized sessions where you and your psychologist collaborate to achieve specific goals tailored to your needs. These therapeutic sessions cater to adults and teenagers, concentrating on areas such as self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management.
Online/Telehealth Psychology Sessions are for individuals and families of those living remotely who cannot travel into the clinic or those who prefer the convenience of having the session from home.​ This method of service delivery is not offered to children younger than 12 years old.
