Kelly is a registered psychologist, who believes that therapy can help people improve self-awareness, and build and maintain healthy connections with themselves and others.
She is passionate about working with children and their families, providing parents the support required to improve children's emotional health and well-being.
Weekdays, Saturday & after hours
Offering support for a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, confidence, interpersonal challenges, assertiveness, emotional regulation, parenting, and stress management. Increased interest and training in working with neurodivergent individuals.
Services
We provide tailored therapy to children, adolescents and families. We work with individuals and families across all ages presenting with a broad range of concerns. Our strength-based and client-centred approach enable us to support our clients to meet their goals.
Therapy focused on self-esteem, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, interpersonal relationships and behavioural issues.
Experience providing therapy to children diagnosed with Intellectual Disability, Autism, ADHD, ODD, and trauma-related emotional states and behaviours.
In the individual Psychology Sessions, we will work towards individually tailored goals. Therapy for adults and teenagers focuses on self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, stress, trauma and life transitions.
Online/Telehealth Psychology Sessions are for individuals and families of those living remotely who cannot travel into the clinic or those who prefer the convenience of having the session from home.
This method of service delivery is not offered to children younger than 12 years old.
